We serve the city and its residents by growing family-wage jobs, advancing opportunities for prosperity, collaborating with partners for an equitable city, and creating vibrant neighborhoods and communities.   • For any of our loans or grants, you must be located within the City boundaries based on where your business is located via Portland Maps. If you are considering moving to the City, we would love to chat!

  • For programs that are related to food and beverage manufacturing, you should be creating a product that you are wanting to sell outside of the region. When you are ready to create a packaged food or beverage product, reach out to us! Until then, you can connect with our other program, the Office of Small Business.
